Plastic Slatted Floor
Injection-molded plastic slatted floor panels for farrowing rooms, nursery pens, and pig housing. The slatted surface lets manure and liquid pass through into the pit or manure system below, while pigs walk and lie on a dry, stable surface — the working principle of slatted flooring for every stage of pig housing.
Panels are modular: they drop onto galvanized support beams, and one damaged panel is replaced without lifting the pen. Dimensions, rib patterns, load ratings, and support spacing are matched to animal age and pen layout.

How to read the table: the aperture is the safety-critical figure — 1.3 cm panels (A-suffix) suit newborn and nursery piglets whose feet must not catch; 1.5 cm panels pass manure more freely for growing pigs and general duty. The B edition adds non-slip points and texture on the walking surface. Other sizes are produced to pen layout and beam spacing on request.

The slot width rule: the opening must be wide enough to pass manure freely and narrow enough to hold newborn feet. Piglet-zone panels run the smaller slot; nursery and finisher zones open it up.
Installation

- Panels drop in — the panel bears on its ribs across the beams; no fasteners required for standard installation.
- Pen equipment anchors to the same beam structure — crate, rails, and partitions fix to the supports, so the floor and the pen move as one system.
- Replacement is per-panel — lift the damaged panel, drop in the new one. No cutting, no dismantling.
Beam spacing must match the panel’s load rating — closer spacing for sow zones, wider permitted in piglet zones. We confirm the layout per pen drawing.
